If i have my way

I will not think of you

Because i know that one day

You will have to go



But i don't have the means

To shun the thoughts away

I don't have the courage

And i know you cant stay



It saddens me to think about

That someday soon you'll be gone

And i know, i have no doubt

That i might not see your face again



But before it happens

Before you leave me

I wanna be with you

As often as i can be



Don't be afraid

That i'll be hurt

I already know

You already said



Don’t stop me

From feeling this way

'cause I might not feel again,

The same emotion someday....
