Dear Friends, He gallops majestically into the year 2002 Yes.. it’s the year of the Horse that the Lunar New Year will, this year, be Celebrated A time for Chinese all the world to rejoice and have some clean Fun The Lunar New Year starts with family members feasting on the traditional family reunion Dinner Yes.. it is a great time to build on the good relations that the Chinese community has with family ,neighbours and Friends And when the mahjong games get moving, some will come out sure Winners What is so special about the Lunar New Year is that the Chinese community Bonds so closely together and will help one another to the very End The exchanging of Mandarin oranges to relatives and friends to extend warm wishes is a must during this lovely festive Occasion And for non-Chinese who marry Chinese, it is an extra special delight as it builds a cohesive society and improves multi- cultural Relations Gee , I love to see the kids jump for Joy when they open the red packets presented to them and yell, “WOW” I take great pleasure in wishing all people celebrating the Lunar New Year 2002 Good health and prosperity, and lots of happiness Too
