The day had finally arrived The one I'd dreamed of for so long For this day, this reason is why i have survived Deep down I knew it was wrong
After so many years Through all the pain and tears And even the deep seeded fears I was ready to give in again
A desire that just won't die For a second chance I can't deny It's his love that I require It's him that I desire For he's always in my heart It's his love I cannot part
Deep down I know it's wrong For his love will never last long And I will always dream Yet it's not what it may seem That I will only get a glance At this almost 2nd chance

This poem is dedicated to my ex husband whom I will never stop loving and will never forget . He was and still is my best friend it's just best that we ended it, yet neither of us will ever be able to let go .
