Family Ties

Family ties.....
Are strong indeed
A good hearted family
Is all you need.
People in this world
Will try to tear it apart
But a family is with you
From the very start.
Some families are big
And some are small
But when you're with family
You feel ten feet tall.
Nothing can hurt you
When your family is true
But just remember
Your family needs you too.
In good times and bad
And feeling blue
Just remember one thing
Your family is with you.
Don't think for a second
That one-minute goes by
When your family isn't there
Standing by your side.
Your family loves you
Yes they do
But how you treat them
Is up to you.
Love them, care for them
Do what is right
And they will be there
Morning, noon, and night.
Now I have
One last thing to do
And to my family I say
I will always love you.
