cyber-love and long distance

It all began as a joke.i found out this guys e-mail address address from our community website along with many others and wanted to play the fool.he was the only one that wrote back.that was back in 1999,january.we were talking till march 1999 and then we realised we were in love.we then talked on the fone for the first on march 20.i told him i love his voice.we were sure of our love for each other by then and the agreed to send photos.so,that took another scary month.he thought i was the most beautiful girl on this planet!!we then continued to check our e_mails !) times a day and talk over the fone>we were planning to meet in december 99.now,meeting was something that was so difficult cuz he lives san diego,ca,usa and me in india!!10,000 miles apart,we had fallen in love.he couldn't wait to meet me so he ended up coming in august 99.i can't forget the first time we met.we spent a whole week together and with many tears and promises departed.now,since our community in india is very narrow-minded our parents di not fully accept.we met again in march 2000,i met his parents too then who didn't think that we should both be doing this when it would interfere with our schooling,he's in law school and me in medical school.so,the families were totally against.but,we did not let go.i knew deep down inside my heart that we were soulmates.we met once more when he came to india in dec 2000,for two weeks.both our parents did not know.the departure was painful,it hurt like crazy,i cried every night.the whole year,2001 we kept in touch and our families too didn't object as much seeing how well we had managed this for 3 whole years.this year,both of us will be done with school and our parents are fixing our engagement in april(next month)he will be coming down with his family.and we are going to get married at the end of the year.after i finish my internship here,i will be moving to the states,to be with him next year.forever and ever.i wouldn't say that the past three years have been easy for me,but,they have taught me things about myself i didn't know existed.they have made me stronger than i ever thought.and now i long more than ever more to be with him..my knight in shining armor,the man of my dreams.i can assure eevryone that fairy-tales romances like do come true!!
