Romance do happen online...

Eric and I met through American Online. I was in one of the chat rooms one night being really bored. I was practically screaming "BORED" in the chat room. Then out of everybody in there, Eric asked me if I wanted him to IM me. At first I said no but he IMed me anyway. From then on, our conversations were amazing. We have so much in common that sometimes I feel like I have known him my whole life. After couple of weeks chatting online, we started talking on the phone. We would have hours after hours conversation sometimes during the day, but mainly at night. Then after 8 months of online and phone chatting, we finally met. I flew to Louisiana during my Spring Break to meet him. Although the whole experience was nerve wracking at first, everything settled down when I arrived and off the plane.
When I got there, I was already too tired to even think about anything. So as I walked out, I was not nervous anymore.
I finally met the man of my dream as I walked out. When I reached him where he was standing, I gave him a big hug. He was holding 8 white roses for the 8 months we been together and a stuffed ducky he got me for Easter holiday. From that moment on, we were inseparable. Now that I am back home, I miss him dearly everyday. I felt so empty sometimes that he is not here with me. To make matter worst, he moved to NY a week after I came back. Now we hardly have time to talk because he is already tired after work. But I know we will be okay because I love him. I believe LOVE can conquer anything.
