Dinner, Pictures, and 150 reasons why i love you

Valentines Day was coming quickly. My boyfriend and I are very mutual. Valentines Day is very commercialized and materialistic, and we decided we didn’t want to be a part of the Valentines Day shopping and craze. Therefore we decided, we are not going to buy each other anything at all, that spending time with one another is more valuable then anything money could buy. We were thinking of ideas, on what we could do to spend time with each other, something fun. Together we came up with the idea of scrap booking. Since we had many pictures of us through our relationship we wanted them to be preserved, so we could look back on them someday and remember all the memories we have together. We went out and brought a scrapbook and a whole bunch of candy to munch on while playing with our pictures. On top of scrap booking my boyfriend and his brother cooked us (the girlfriends) a really nice dinner, lit by candles. On top of dinner and pictures I wanted to do something special for him myself, and the few nights before valentines day I hand wrote 150 reasons why I love you, and presented all original, hand written reasons to him that night. It cam out to be over 8 pages…
It was the best valentines day ever and it truthfully meant alot to me. Spending time with him was definitly better then teddy bears, roses, or dinner at a fancy resturanut.
